Booking & Payment Policy

  • 50% at time of booking to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
  • PayPal and bank transfer options are available, please contact us for details.
  • 7 nights minimum in winter season, 5 nights in the summer season. Less than five (5) night stays on request only.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy has been relaxed due to Covid-19.
  • Free cancellation outside 21 days prior of arrival.
  • Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to arrival will attract at 3-nights penalty or the deposit will be applied to a future stay within 18 months of original travel date.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • We welcome you at 3:00 PM to check-in at Bamidele and check-out for your return flight is 11:00 AM.

Service Charge

  • A service charge of 15% will be added to our summer rate, and 10% to the winter rate.
  • This service charge will be shared amongst all team members.
  • If our valued guest wishes to give a personal tip, it is appreciated and welcome!

Damage Deposit

  • A US$ 2000.00 Damage Deposit applies to the villa rental.
  • This deposit will be refunded once no damage, or no excess cleaning outside the usual housekeeping routines occurs.
  • If there is partial damage, i.e. a broken lamp, excessive stains, damaged furniture, etc; the damage will be assessed and charged accordingly with your knowledge and prior communication.

Children Policy

  • We welcome families with small children, however, at the time of booking please notify the age group in order to determine your personal needs.
  • Cribs, high chairs, playpens, car seats will be available upon request.

Commissary

  • We have a villa commissary on property where small purchases of snacks, beverages and other essentials may be made.
